NHibernate’s community is lack of leadership. Especially when its rival is EF, an open source project backed by MS.

The more current one is a free web resource http://www.albahari.com/threading/ . You maybe come across that already. I like it.

Still not very clear what does this trend stuff represent.From the chart,can I say more people use asp.net MVC? Can I say asp.net MVC is relative new or hard to use?

Not very sure if it good tool, for sites with one css file applying to all pages. Very possible, some css rules are only used in 1 or 2 pages.

will using open tech be a real trend in banks?

Dont want to see Google monopolize the search engine market in future, and it is the reason why sometimes i will use bing.com. Actually it is not bad.

NHibernate does support LINQ
