Agree that high code review latency is bad for team productivity. The best code reviews are timely, polite and actionable (not just nitpick comments about syntax).

Create all the JS frameworks you like. Just release them under a Do No Harm license which precludes use by tobacco vendors, gambling companies, predatory lending firms etc.
