Disney didn't pull the product from existing customers. That was caused by an Amazon issue which has already been fixed.

If you have ever worked on or run an ecommerce site with digital goods, you might understand more easily how this could happen by accident.

UPDATE: ~4:45PM Eastern - @ZendeskOps reported they rolled out 'mitigation measures' to resolve the outage. It appears all of their services are up now.
