I guess it's more about devices. Sometimes people do want to use laptop or devices with big screen and real keyboard.

I think you are right. There is a lot of training after one join the team. The job does require very different skill sets.

I guess the same thing (or other things you don't like) won't happen if IG is still an independent company.
