    It has to do with the wage premium. it is still widdening for college grads. This needs to change for demand and thus prices and aid to fall. governments subsidize college so much …

    This makes no sense. stock prices are a function of earnings. for passive indexing to fail would imply a major recession, which would be bad for all stocks
