I'd say this speaks more to the metaprogramming capabilities of rails rather than the team itself. Rails simply does more for you out the box with just a few macros.

That's not completely accurate. Rails 7.2 added fiber support. Only action cable still doesn't fully support falcon using http 2. But that's coming soon as well.
