I am on Firefox 89 and the compact option is still exposed in the UI, in the Customise Toolbar screen.

The browser.uidensity setting is actually exposed in the UI, in the customise toolbar panel, so it seems to be an official setting that should stick around.

IMO the big advantage of AirTags will be that you can locate them if they're near anyone with an iPhone, but Tile is limited just to their own users. Anecdotally I don't know anyon…
