Actually there is. You can chose to throttle your cpu by 4x or 6x. Really useful not only for optimizing your sites speed but also for finding subtle race conditions.

Thats what I did with my old Kindle. It does not support running a fullscreen browser, so I jailbreaked it and run a cronjob that downloads a png image of the dashboard each minute…
