Telegram has worked pretty well for me. There are desktop and web clients now https://telegram.org/apps

You can copy the url of the object and anyone can see it if it's public (you can make it public from the app). I'll add signed urls soon.

Very simple app that I wanted to have, since I really like yuml.me diagrams, it needed a port. Will improve.
