Dare to agree with you. I don't think it is quite yet in my opinion though.

I agree, a lot of the times though iOS is utilizing the flat design better.

With a big large unsubscribe button just so people can opt-out easily.

This is such a good post for the OP if he wants to extend the functionality of his site.
