About deze333

An indie developer. Mostly iOS and macOS apps. My most successful and established app is Time Nomad, an advanced calculator of celestial body movements targeted at the research oriented segment of astrological community. It's more advanced that you may think, and no, it doesn't do horoscopes, only pure astronomy involved (with subtle tinges of philosophy). https://timenomad.app

Other apps like Sing Scales and 3EM can be found on my App Store pages.

Regular (short) poetry about existence and mysteries of life. https://planetos.substack.com

Sometimes people mistake Swift for Xcode and vice versa. If compiler can't figure out type in reasonable time, give it some room to breathe by adding a clarifying type definition. …

How interesting! Xcode very rarely crashes on me. I don't know why but it seems to work 99.9% of time the way I expect it to work. Its build system makes sense to me. Of course, it…

Not my experience at all. I develop daily in Xcode and compile times are excellent. One can't really compare between TS/JS interpreted languages and machine code generation. Apples…

"Liking" is irrelevant to me. I do use it thoroughly though – I have written Linux containers (web apps) as well as native macOS and iOS apps. I am end-product creator and want my …

As a software guy I’ve been dabbling with poetry for last 2 years [1] as an extension to my code writing. I think poetry and code go together rather well, there are similarities wh…
