My current Uber visa is 4% restaurant, 2% Uber - is this a new card or an update that will go into effect for all existing cards

I'd love to know the 50 companies with >$100mm valuations. Anyone know of a list or can start one? I saw this was 32 companies last year and really curious which were added.

Guess there isn't a better way to generate profits from their services.
