d3media is based in Hamburg Germany and builds ad-tech for the european market. Our tech team is small, but we have a built up a pretty cool kit of parts already. There are lots of interesting challenges around infrastructure automation, stateless application tiers, data processing with hadoop and the "joys" of non-ietf interop with the likes of Google and AppNexus. We are looking for full-stack devs that can help us up our game. We use things like nodejs, golang, couchdb, elasticsearch, hadoop, and currently run on amazon.
