How would this work in practice though? Would jurors take a breathalyzer or something before entering the courtroom?

I have to do a ton of scraping for my job (sadly), and I've been pretty happy using things like Kimono, import.io, etc. Is this any different from what I've listed?

Hasn't this been done already? IIRC there have been some machine learning AIs that use raw pixels as observations.
