    Europe is quite diverse. In germany it would be IT, law, medicine, accounting, engineering and management of all sorts as the most obvious.

    I think it being done unilateral is an even bigger risk. If China thinks x hast the best outcome for them but it is a desaster for Chile? Tough luck for them.

    That's a bit dishonest as the CO2 level has risen by almost 50% from pre industrial times so you would need a very narrow definition of human activity.

    Ressources aren't our problem. We have enough fossil fuels to change our climate, destroy the soil with too much fertilizer and build fishing trawlers until the oceans are empty.
