I think we're already starting to see this play out with Anonymous. They're trying to crack down, but having difficulty.

I like Tableau, possibly Qlikview, but haven't seen any others worth talking about much.

This sounds much like my family's experience with United as well. I will never patronize them again in my life. Blocking on Twitter is taking it to a whole new level.
