Hi, I'm Ryan! I'm a software engineer with multiple years of experience in full-stack development. I have a strong background in front-end, back-end, systems design, and cloud-native architectures. In addition to REST APIs and feature-rich web apps, I designed and built Retriever, runretriever.app , an end-to-end observability platform giving users an easy-to-use, open-source alternative to Datadog or Honeycomb. I'm also an accomplished classical violinist and music teacher, both of which have taught me invaluable communication and soft skills.
