    Ya, the plugin causes lots of problems. It can mangle headers on XHR to sites that aren't using https. Spent a day debugging problems that turned out to just be https everywhere.

    This is awesome! You should add ctrl+[ as an alias for escape as vim does. I've used that for a while now, and actually reaching up for escape feels unnatural now.

    Have you looked into ting? (ting.com) They currently only have android, and they are just using Sprint's network but they are month to month and it is super easy to turn off data.
