I'm sure the MigrationWiz guys will appreciate your name. I also can't imagine there is much demand for IMAP only email migration services these days.

How would this help with that? What would this let you do that's different than just rsync'ing your iCloud folder from a connected Mac/PC to your NAS?

It is truly crazy that they do not have their own ASN and IP blocks. I cannot imagine running a service like that with cobbled together DIA circuits and leased IPs.

Is it normal for a government paper to be written in such a "casual" manner? This feels like it was written by someone young, or in a chat.
