    Flutter is as good if not better than electron and requires a minimal set of dependencies (gtk, libc). Everything else can be statically linked using plugins.

    The problem with wayland is that it doesn't have a killer feature and a lot of anti features (performance). I couldn't care less about this X11/wayland debate as a user.
