Would love to see this for Jewish legal texts via Sefaria. A RAG database for Talmud Bavli and Yerushalayim would be super neat.

It isn't explicitly designed for Christian use (it's a Jewish non-profit), but I've always loved the fully-FOSS interface for reading biblical material on Sefaria.
