I think the rule was you had to attempt at least one question (couldn't say "I don't know" for the whole exam). Am I remembering that correctly?

I haven't dug too deeply into this, but a defamation claim under state law would probably be pre-empted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You mostly can't sue them unless you can p…
