    I doubt it. It'll allow for the all diseases in one country to more easily spread to every country. This isn't just limited to human germs but also invasive species.

    Depends. If it's built without boundary conditions, it'll go everywhere and do anything since we'd no longer be able to control it and understand what its doing on the backend.
