What is it like to work here? It’s fantastic. But to elaborate further, expect to create custom software related to the fields of research, clinical medicine, and education. We are in the business of improving the workflows of our clients, empowering them to advance in their respective fields, and freeing them from paperwork and process bottlenecks.

We develop primarily in Ruby on Rails. We use agile approaches to software development to get usable products to our clients quickly. Meetings are kept to a minimum to allow for focus without unnecessary disturbances. Developers who are interested often have the opportunity to meet with clients. We value collaboration such as pair programming.

Expect to have a input regarding what you work on. Find a project particularly alluring? Say something. We make every effort to match projects with interested developers.

But we don’t stop there. Our team has the ability to make all kinds of choices, including company best practices, processes, and protocols. Found a code review process you’d like to try out or a piece of technology you are interested in implementing? Speak up. We are always looking for ways to improve.
