iPhone/iPad 16GB RAM + 64GB hardware local LLM ROM. Apple can phrase it as both a benefit and a reason to upgrade and reduce its costs over suddenly bumping RAM by 400%.

My guess is that M4 and forwards will not be so much about CPU and GPU performance but have some sort of local LLM in ROM. So every year you should upgrade to get the best hardware…
