I wear a Seiko with a solar battery.

If the POST request fails, the log is lost. Any failures will also affect ordering of log items.

The browser simply displays the local php source for me. Do I need to run a local PHP server to get this to run?

Yeah, I tried those out in a scratch pad. They don't compile.

Indeed it isn't working. Cnet or other download repositories has the exe available.

This still works exactly the same on Win 10 if you set compatibility mode to "Win XP SP3".
