Why is there no mention of China Lake here? If the quake was NE of Ridgecrest, does that put it on the rather extensive China Lake weapons facility?

I would guess that a lot of appearances can be sculpted, by hitting a vulnerable person with priors. I have no idea how frequently this happens, or how it resolves.
